Halal Ramen Burger

Ramen Burger


  • 2 packs of Halal instant ramen noodles
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 pound Halal ground beef or chicken
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)
  • Halal mayonnaise or your favorite sauce
  • Cooking oil for frying


  1. Cook the Ramen Noodles:
    • Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, but reduce the cooking time slightly so that they’re slightly undercooked. Drain the noodles and let them cool.
  2. Prepare the Burger Patties:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
  3. Form the Ramen Buns:
    • Divide the cooked ramen noodles into four equal portions. Place each portion into a burger mold or a small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Press down firmly to shape the noodles into bun-like discs. Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  4. Cook the Burger Patties:
    • Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Make sure to cook them thoroughly if using ground meat.
  5. Fry the Ramen Buns:
    • Heat some cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully remove the ramen buns from the molds and place them in the skillet. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  6. Assemble the Burger:
    • Spread a layer of Halal mayonnaise or your preferred sauce on the bottom ramen bun. Place a cooked burger patty on top. Add your favorite burger toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. Top with the remaining ramen bun.
  7. Serve and Enjoy:
    • Serve your Halal Ramen Burger immediately while the ramen buns are still crispy. Enjoy the unique fusion of flavors and textures!
