For the Brownies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts for added texture and flavor (Optional)

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

  • In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
